About Air to Air Heat Pump Advice

We're an independent advice site about air to air heat pumps in the UK. We're not an installer, manufacturer or energy supplier.

How we make money

When you ask for quotes, we pass your details to up to three F-gas certified installers who cover your area. Installers may pay us for those introductions. That's how the guides stay free. It doesn't change the price you're quoted, and you're never obliged to go ahead.

How we write the guides

• Grant rules come from Ofgem and GOV.UK, and we link to them on every page that mentions them.
• Running cost figures use the current Ofgem price cap and show the sum so you can redo it.
• Price ranges come from published government and industry figures and are labelled as guides, not quotes.
• We don't rank brands or products we haven't tested.
• Every guide shows when it was last checked.
