What we collect

When you fill in a quote form: your postcode, property details, current heating, number of rooms, reason for the enquiry, ownership, name, phone number, email address and anything you add in the notes. When installers apply: company and contact details and certification numbers.

Why, and our lawful basis

To put you in touch with installers who can quote for an air to air heat pump. We rely on your consent, which you give with the tick box, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

• Up to three installers who cover your area, so they can contact you about quotes. Each is then responsible for how it uses your details.
• Formspree, which processes form submissions for us.

We don't sell your details to anyone else or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your enquiry, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us using the notes box on the quote form and saying what you'd like us to do. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
